About us
You know that rental bike you unlocked with your phone this morning? Or the tracker on your dog's collar that tells you he's two streets away, again? Neither of those works without a network connection. Onomondo is the layer that makes sure the data actually gets through.
We're the infrastructure behind the Internet of Things (IoT). Companies building connected products come to us for the connectivity that keeps their devices online, anywhere in the world, and for the platform where they manage, monitor, and troubleshoot it themselves.
Where we sit
We're somewhere between SaaS and telecom. We sell software, so we move fast, ship often, and care about the user experience. But we also operate inside telecommunications: which is more complex and technical than most software. Our customers are engineers, they ask hard questions and the relationship starts rather than ends at purchase.
That mix also makes us sticky. Most SaaS tools are nice to have. If our connectivity stops, our customers' products stop. That means our business grows as our customers and the industry grows. We've been growing fast and we don't plan to slow down, which is exactly why we need this role.
Why this role exists
We have plenty of ideas and no shortage of ambition. What slows us down is the plumbing underneath: campaign tracking that isn't consistent enough to trust, reporting that takes too long to pull together, and automation that someone has to stop and build before a campaign can go live.
This role owns that layer. You're the person who makes sure we can see what's working, and the person who builds and implements the workflows, scoring, and journeys the rest of the team designs.
You'll report to our Head of Growth Marketing and work closely with RevOps on the systems and data we share.
What you'll do
Own our marketing tracking foundation: campaign taxonomy, attribution, data hygiene, and the reports the whole team relies on
Build and maintain marketing automation in HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, forms
Implement the campaigns and journeys designed by the wider team
Make A/B testing a habit for the team, rather than a project, and feed the results back into what we prioritise
Act as an internal Scrum master for the team, own how we set up projects, share notes and briefs, and suggest improvements to our tooling and internal processes.
Work seamlessly with RevOps on shared systems, data, and where the lines sit
Not all at once, of course. We'll start with the basics, then build outwards.
What we're looking for
Someone who builds rather than briefs. You'd rather open HubSpot and make the thing work than write a spec and hand it over. You're happiest when a messy process gets turned into something repeatable.
You'll also need to be comfortable being the person people come to with questions like "why does this number look wrong?" and actually enjoying the answer.
Around 2-3 years in marketing ops, RevOps, growth ops, or a similar build-heavy role
Hands-on in HubSpot at build level, not just campaign level. Workflows, scoring, custom properties, reporting
A systems thinker who spots where a process will break before it does
Analytical and comfortable in data. You can pull the numbers and tell us what they mean
AI-native. You use LLMs in your daily work and are curious about where they fit in a growth stack
Curious about how things work. You don't need to know what a SIM does today, but you should want to find out
Life at Onomondo
The things we build have global reach. The way we build them is personal. We're a team of engineers, operators, and commercial minds in Copenhagen who debate passionately about technical or GTM approaches and then go for a run together. Or padel. Or a beer. Or a boardgame night. People here stay curious, speak up when something feels off, and bring energy whether it's a product launch sprint or a Friday bar.
Practically speaking, that looks like: full health insurance, catered cooked-on-site lunch every day, an in-office gym with HIIT and yoga three times a week during work hours (we're serious about this), quarterly Friday bars, an espresso machine, a full snack and drink-bar and a pretty impressive breakfast setup.
Applying
Your application doesn't need to be polished. What we'd like to hear about is what you've actually built: a tracking setup you cleaned up, a scoring model you designed, a reporting layer you put in place, an automation that saved someone hours a week. Tell us what the problem was, what you built, and what changed.
