About us
You know that rental bike you unlocked with your phone this morning? Or the tracker on your dog's collar that tells you he's two streets away, again? Neither of those works without a network connection. Onomondo is the layer that makes sure the data actually gets through.
We're the infrastructure behind the Internet of Things (IoT). Companies building connected products come to us for the connectivity that keeps their devices online, anywhere in the world, and for the platform where they manage, monitor, and troubleshoot it themselves.
Where we sit
We're somewhere between SaaS and telecom. We sell software, so we move fast, ship often, and care about the user experience. But we also operate inside telecommunications: which is more complex and technical than most software. Our customers are engineers, they ask hard questions and the relationship starts rather than ends at purchase.
That mix also makes us sticky. Most SaaS tools are nice to have. If our connectivity stops, our customers' products stop. That means our business grows as our customers and the industry grows. We've been growing fast and we don't plan to slow down, which is exactly why we need this role.
Why this role exists
Our rapid growth has outpaced our ability to guide people through it manually. We have a free trial program that could convert a little better, referral partners who could be onboarded and activated at scale, and happy customers that would gladly write reviews if we asked them at the right time.
Today most of that is handled ad hoc, by a person, or not at all. This role exists to (re-)design the programs, to make them scalable and implement the improvements.
You'll report to our Head of Growth Marketing, and you'll be the first person to own Lifecycle end to end.
What you'll do
Design and run the journeys new users go through, from free trial signup through onboarding and activation
Improve our email nurture strategy and content to make it scalable, modular and reusable across different segments
Build the onboarding and activation motion for referral partners, at scale, without manual handholding
Build the communication journeys that give customers control of their own onboarding, changes, and troubleshooting
Turn product usage signals into timely and triggered communication, from adoption nudges to advocacy asks
Work across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product to agree on the trigger points, handoffs, and what happens after
Not all at once, of course. We'll start with what matters most, build it to scale, then keep going.
What we're looking for
A programs manager with a commercial head. Someone who thinks in buyer journeys rather than individual campaigns, and who understands what actually moves a deal or an account forward.
Crucially, someone who can both design and implement. You'll sketch the journey and then go build it together with a Growth Operations Specialist.
Around 4-6 years in a marketing or commercial operations role, ideally in B2B or SaaS
Hands-on in HubSpot or a comparable platform (segmentation, reporting, emails)
A strong writer who can shift tone between a developer on a free trial and a distributor's commercial lead
Comfortable working across functions and stakeholders, and confident enough to push for the handoff you need
Keen on documentation so a journey you designed can be extended by someone who wasn't in the room
Curious about how things work. You don't need to know what a SIM does today, but you should want to find out
Life at Onomondo
The things we build have global reach. The way we build them is personal. We're a team of engineers, operators, and commercial minds in Copenhagen who debate passionately about technical or GTM approaches and then go for a run together. Or padel. Or a beer. Or a boardgame night. People here stay curious, speak up when something feels off, and bring energy whether it's a product launch sprint or a Friday bar.
Practically speaking, that looks like: full health insurance, catered cooked-on-site lunch every day, an in-office gym with HIIT and yoga three times a week during work hours (we're serious about this), quarterly Friday bars, an espresso machine, a full snack and drink-bar and a pretty impressive breakfast setup.
Applying
Your application doesn't need to be polished. What we'd like to hear about is the programs and motions you've designed before: free trial flows, distributor or partner onboarding, referral motions, email nurture programs, anything in that family. Tell us what you built, what you were trying to move, and what happened.
