We are now hiring for a Business Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Team at our HQ in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen.
BDRs/SDRs are the first human connection for the people behind some of the world’s most innovative IoT products. This isn’t about pushing a pitch. It’s about sparking meaningful conversations from scratch, finding the right people, uncovering their challenges, and helping them see how Onomondo can unlock new possibilities for their business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Execute targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a focus on 50-55 cold calls per day as your primary activity metric.
Identify and engage prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across priority verticals and regions.
Qualify prospects through discovery to assess business needs, timing, and fit, ensuring opportunities meet handover criteria.
Maintain CRM hygiene: update lead stages daily, log all outreach activity, and manage tasks in HubSpot.
Collaborate with the BDR team on AI workflows and automations to sharpen targeting, personalize outreach at scale, and reduce manual work.
Participate in weekly pipeline syncs and feedback sessions with AEs, Inside Sales Manager, and GTM Enablement Lead
What You Bring
Based in or within a commutable distance to Copenhagen.
Fluent English; you'll prospect and collaborate in English.
Experience in a BDR/SDR role is a good starting point, but we view backgrounds in hospitality, recruitment, and partnerships as equally valuable. What we're really looking for is someone who has built strong communication skills and resilience in a high-paced, people-facing environment, and who knows what it means to be consistently "on."
Demonstrated consistency and drive in high-pressure settings. Background in competitive sports at a high level is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
HubSpot proficiency. You'll manage your own sequences, track activities, and keep pipeline data clean.
Familiarity with IoT or connectivity. Helps you speak the customer's language from day one.
Experience with vertical-specific outreach (logistics, manufacturing, smart devices).
Prior experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
