Product Marketing Manager
We usually respond within two weeks
At Onomondo, we're on a mission to make IoT connectivity infrastructure transparent and fully programmable. We make it possible for companies to control their connectivity from one place, change their setup without starting over, and scale globally without the usual friction.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us at our HQ in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen. You'll own the product marketing function on our Brand Communication team, defining and driving Onomondo’s go-to-market strategy, from market definition and positioning to enablement and optimization so our team can win deals and customers understand why we're different.
The problems you'll work on
IoT connectivity often becomes a headache for businesses that just want to bring an idea to the market. We’re here to fix that, to make sure connectivity stops being a bottleneck so companies can get their ideas to market faster, and new use cases get the chance to launch, grow, collect data, and actually drive change in the real world.
The range of what our customers build is huge. Maersk for logistics. Carlsberg runs predictive maintenance on draft systems. DOJO powers payment terminals. Circle Gas built micro-payment systems for gas cooking setups. What they have in common is that their IoT projects didn't stall out because of connectivity. They scaled.
Your job is to define where we play and how we win with technical buyers: shaping our market segmentation, positioning, and narratives, and turning those into stories and enablement that help engineers and CXOs choose Onomondo.
What you'll be doing
All the things you’ve come to know and love about Product Marketing:
Market definition and audience insights
Define and maintain market segments by vertical and use case
Map buying groups, stages, and demand types across segments
Partner with RevOps and Product to inform GTM investment decisions
Own and refine our segmentation and ICPs, and translate that into concrete targeting recommendations
Go-to-market strategy
Own formal marketing plans and sales enablement plans for major launches across multiple product lines and technical solutions
Partner with Product, Sales, and Growth leadership on where to focus, what to launch next, and how to package it
Define and track core PMM success metrics and adjust GTM plans based on performance
Be the voice of the market and buyer in strategic decisions around roadmap, pricing, and packaging
Sales enablement
Create and maintain pitch decks, battlecards, proposals, and mutual success plans
Establish structured feedback loops with Sales so insights feed back into positioning and roadmap
Positioning and messaging
Develop value pillars, proof points, and messaging frameworks for products and features derived from customer and market insights
Validate messaging through customer interviews and win-loss calls
Competitive and market intelligence
Maintain a living repository of competitor positioning, pricing, and features, and turn this knowledge into clear strategic recommendations
Run win-loss analysis and share insights with key teams
What success looks like
Sales actively uses and asks for your enablement materials
Launch timelines are hit and cross-functional teams feel prepared
Win-loss insights make their way to product, targeting, and positioning decisions
Messaging resonates with customers
Competitive intelligence is current and accessible when teams need it
Who you'll work with
You'll collaborate daily with the Growth team (Brand Communication and Demand Generation) and work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partners. You'll report to the Head of Brand Communication.
