We’re on the hunt for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join us at our HQ in Islands Brygge—a converted Zeppelin hangar filled with quirky charm and exceptional humans. You will play a key role in driving Onomondo’s growth by building a strong performance marketing foundation and running impactful digital campaigns that raise awareness and attract potential buyers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive an impactful inbound engine

• Build and manage paid search campaigns on Google and Bing to capture high-intent buyers.

• Design and run impactful LinkedIn campaigns to generate awareness among our ICP.

• Collaborate with the Campaigns team to drive sign-ups for online events.

• Lead the SEO strategy to boost visibility across search engines and LLMs.

Ensure end-to-end delivery of demand generation projects

• Lead the execution of demand generation projects on the roadmap that drive customer acquisition (e.g., website localization, tool assessments, conversion journeys).

Ensure solid tracking and reporting

• Optimize tracking data to clearly link marketing efforts and budget to business goals.

• Build actionable reporting and dashboards to equip the wider team with valuable insights.

• Monitor budget spend and ensure full activation in the most effective way.

What You Bring:

• Strong working knowledge of paid search (Google & Bing Ads) and paid social (especially LinkedIn & Reddit).

• Proven ability to drive projects forward while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong quantitative skills, with experience gathering and analyzing data sets, extracting insights, and translating them into action. But also comfortable making decisions despite limited or incomplete data.

• Eagerness to dive into technical topics and uncover new demand generation opportunities.
