We’re looking for a Student Assistant to support our Finance team (part of our Insights leg) at our HQ in Islands Brygge. You’ll be helping our Head of Finance and Senior Finance Business Partner with tasks that keep things running smoothly—from monthly reports to ad hoc analysis. Think of it as a part-time backstage pass to real-world finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support month-end closing procedures
• Draft monthly department budget variance analysis
• Assist in preparing our monthly investor reports
• Handle ad hoc tasks—supplier deep dives, spend policy work, data collection, statistics, and more
• Help implement new financial tools and processes
• Manage our finance inbox and internal requests
• Perform bank reconciliations

What You Bring

• You’re currently pursuing a degree in economics, business administration, finance, or similar
• You’re curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid of Excel or spreadsheets
• You may have held a student job before—bonus if it was in a similar field
• You understand basic accounting and financial statements
• You’re fluent in English
• You’re structured, proactive, and love problem-solving
• You’ve got a sharp eye and a can-do mindset
